Users can have only one account for a unique mobile number. This means that person with multiple mobile numbers can have different accounts.

There are two types of Registrations in Unimoni Wallet. a. Valued Customer (Non-KYC): The Registration process for Non KYC customer requires Mobile Number, Name, Date of Birth, and Postal Code. Download Unimoni Wallet from Play Store (Android) or App Store (Iphone) and install on your mobile device. You must provide a minimum KYC, i.e. Name and details of one of your IDs b. Privileged Customer (KYC): Customers can register and complete KYC using Aadhaar card or PAN through the Unimoni Wallet App. The user will have to enter their Name and ID. Online Aadhaar Verification is also provided in the mobile app and customers can get authenticated instantly. Registration and KYC documentation facility are also available at all Unimoni Branches and Authorised Agent Locations.
Unimoni Wallet can be reloaded from the Mobile App using Payment Gateway through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card and UPI. Customers can also walk in to any of the branches or Agent outlets to reload their Unimoni account.
In the Menu page of Wallet App, use the option “View Balance”. Epassbook link is also available to check the transaction history, rate the service and provide feedback.
No, only KYC authorised customers are allowed to use the money transfer services. Non-KYC customers can use all other services except money transfer.
KYC customers can keep up to Rs. 1 lakh in their wallet and Non-KYC customers can keep up to Rs. 10,000 in their wallet.
Yes, you can transfer funds instantly to registered beneficiary along with non-registered beneficiary. You can transfer upto Rs 1 lakh if your KYC is completed and upto Rs 10,000 per month if KYC is not completed
